👨💼 F&B Manager / Team Lead Supervisor (Male)
📍 Location: UAE
💰 Salary: AED 8,000 – AED 12,000 per month
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic F&B Manager / Team Lead Supervisor to manage large-scale hospitality and facility operations across multiple locations in the UAE.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage daily F&B and housekeeping operations across multiple sites
✔ Supervise approx. 200 staff (cleaners, office boys/girls, baristas, gym trainers, support staff)
✔ Lead housekeeping supervisors and ensure operational consistency
✔ Monitor staff performance and service quality
✔ Handle daily operational challenges in a fast-paced environment
✔ Coordinate with senior clients and Emirati stakeholders professionally
✔ Ensure compliance with company procedures
🔹 Requirements
✔ Minimum 7 years UAE hospitality experience
✔ Strong background in F&B operations & housekeeping
✔ Experience managing large multi-location teams
✔ Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
✔ Strong leadership & communication skills
✔ Ability to work under pressure
