Did you know about this on Global Village?

For content creators who are planning on visiting Global Village, you might need to read this.
~
We visited Global Village last night not to make content but to visit as requested by my niece. I will share the back story in the comments below.
~
So going back, we didn’t have any plans to make content, so we casually went to the entrance, we were asked to go to the baggage checking entrance instead because I had my backpack (camera backpack) with me that I usually bring to secure my mirrorless camera, some personal stuff, and water.

I put my bag in the scanner and then they stopped us and asked me to open it. At first, I was asked if I was a vlogger and I said, I was not. And so, they told me that I couldn’t bring the monopod/tripod inside. And I asked why. They told me, it is strictly prohibited to use any equipment for shooting unless I apply for a permit to be able to shoot and make content inside. But then I said, I am not there to make or shoot video content, I am just there to visit. To make it short, If I wanted to keep it, they needed to take me inside for I don’t know the reason coz I refused to come and I said, I was just gonna go back to our car and leave my bag/equipment there. Before I went back, they asked me to give my name, mobile number, and my page.

By the way, I really cannot make it inside with my bag coz I have all my stuff inside that I used from the recent shoot and forgot to remove them. So, they saw it all from the scanner. I have my mirrorless camera and wireless microphone.

It was really my mistake to bring the equipment with me and I wanted to share it with y’all to not make the same.

For anyone who wants to make content on the premises legally, check the link below to apply for the permit. As per the security, it will take 3 days to get the permit. So plan it!
