ang "PRE-HOSPITAL CARE" is more than just a transport...or pag bebenda or band-aid, band-aid lang
In many countries, EMTs are trained, licensed, and trusted to give basic emergency medications, start IVs, and begin life-saving care and procedures before the patient reaches the hospital...
In the Philippines, EMS is still developing.
with limited scope is often not about capability...but about system, standardization, and hospital integration.
