Our representative will visit on-site/on-line and evaluate & segregate all relevant data which can be taken under consideration for back office service activities.
We apprise the users on the technical platform system through which the data which comes under our purview of back end activities, which needs to be transferred to us for validation and further course of action.
Trained will be imparted to the users of the company for getting accustomed with the technical system model for data transfer so that they recognise the exigency in which the assigned task has to be fulfilled within the prescribed timeline and with utmost quality.
In coordination & deliberation on System Management with the users and our Technical team in the work site, the complete Life Cycle activities i.e the data transfer from the User side to us and the processed data sent back to the Users will be precisely described and illustrated to all concerned.
Once the data reaches us; our Project Manager will be vested with absolute responsibility of completing the task & in turn ensures that the task delegated to the team members are seamlessly monitored and accomplished within the committed TAT(turnaround time). Once the task is completed; UAT testing would be carried out to make sure that the data is of utmost quality as well.
