The Dubai government has opened a new office in Karachi to facilitate Pakistani businesses, strengthening trade relations between the two countries.
According to official data, non-oil trade between Pakistan and Dubai has reached AED 22.8 billion (around PKR 1.73 trillion).
Over the past four years, registrations of Pakistani companies with the Dubai Chamber of Commerce have increased by 161 percent, totaling 33,110 firms, with additional businesses registered in Dubai’s free zones and other Emirates.
The new Karachi office aims to further ease business operations and support the growing trend of Pakistani companies expanding into Dubai.
