Sometimes, we have to go through humbling moments, so we can be reminded...

That no matter how good we are in our craft

No matter how much we earn

No matter how many properties
and business we have

No matter how comfortable we are in life now

No matter how well liked you are by people

It will still never satisfy us.

It is a reminder that we need the Lord ALWAYS.
He alone can satisfy our deepest longings. Without Him, peace is impossible. Joy is impossible. True freedom is impossible.

Find God in everything, dear friend. Make space for Him. Remember, even at our best, we still need God.

He will take it away. He will remove it. He will totally close the door. He will ruin your plans.

And it can be the most frustrating thing. Times that it will be hard for you to believe that He still has the best plans for you. Season when believing and trusting Him will be the most difficult.

But what if I tell you, it’s all for your own good?

He will ruin it because He has seen it all. He has gone before you, and He will not allow His child to settle for any less.

If you think God is ruining your plans today, be grateful. He is preparing something way better for you!

Let’s come back to the beautiful promise of Romans 8:28, “And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.”

Surrender. His plans are always better. 🤍
