Starting February 18, Uber is moving away from its traditional commission-based model and adopting a SaaS subscription approach for auto drivers.

✔️ No more trip-based commissions – Uber will now function purely as a platform connecting riders with drivers.
✔️ Cash-only rides – Digital payments and cancellation fees are being phased out.
✔️ Drivers set their own fares – Uber will suggest a price, but the final decision rests with the driver.
