‘Congratulations’ Post Malone ft.

“Congratulations” was released on April 21, 2016, as the second single from Post Malone’s debut studio album Stoney on Republic Records, featuring Quavo at the height of Migos’ cultural dominance following the viral success of
“Bad and Boujee” and the release of Culture in early 2017.
Produced by Fki 1st, the track is built around a shimmering acoustic guitar melody layered over trap production, a sonic combination that became a defining characteristic of the genre-blending sound Post Malone was developing as his commercial identity in the early stages of his career.

Quavo and Lana Del Rey really caught everyone off guard with “Tough,” and somehow it just works.
