Crispy Chicken Gizzard Fry 🤎 Inspired by a MasterChef
How I prepared it:
• Cooked chicken gizzard in a pressure cooker with salt & pepper
• Gave 3 whistles and kept it aside
• Heated oil in a fry pan
• Added green chilli & curry leaves
• Added the cooked gizzard and kept sautéing
• Added spices: salt, turmeric powder, pepper powder, paprika powder & Maggi masala powder
• Finally added 1–2 teaspoons of soy sauce
• Gave it a good sauté till it was well fried
Once it’s nicely fried, it’s ready to serve hot 🔥
