People often think discipline comes naturally. It doesn't.

At 47, I'm starting over... again.

I know what it feels like to lose 15 kg, to feel strong and confident. I also know what it feels like to burn out, spend two years on sick leave, and watch the weight slowly come back.

Healthy eating is becoming a habit. The gym is still a daily conversation with myself.

Some days I'm motivated. Most days I simply choose to show up anyway.

I'm not chasing perfection. I'm rebuilding my health, one workout at a time.
