I think of qualifications as self-imposed limits to growth.
Growth on the other hand happens if we can squarely face challenges that push our boundaries not shrink from them.

I believe no one is inherently unworthy of opportunities and therefore, Worth should come from persistent efforts not Titles or test scores.

I say seize any chance of broadening your skills regardless of prerequisite
