His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Media Council :Today, I chaired a meeting of the Dubai Media Council, where we reviewed key initiatives shaping the next phase of Dubai’s media sector in line with its future vision. We also assessed the outcomes of the UK engagement of the Council's Media Leadership Programme, which brought together 25 media leaders from Dubai’s government and semi-government entities.
Further, we discussed the progress of the Mohammed bin Rashid Scholarship for Media Students and a proposal to expand its scope to include leading global universities.
We remain committed to nurturing a new generation of media professionals who embody Dubai’s spirit and tell its story to the world in the true voice of its people.
