• After 1 year service: 30 days paid annual leave
• After 6 months but less than 1 year: 2 days leave per month worked
• Unused leave must be compensated at end of service based on basic salary.
• Leave requests should be submitted in advance and approved by the employer.
• Emergency leave is not a separate legal leave category and depends on company policy.
• Always inform your employer immediately in emergencies and keep written records.
