Gochujang Pappardelle, a recipe inspired by Florence, Italy 🇮🇹. Fingers crossed my Italian followers will approve 😅


Ingredient
Pasta:
200g “00” Flour
2 Eggs
Semolina for dusting

Tuscan Beef Ragù:
Meat 500g (you can use many different
kinds of meat as: ossobuco, rabbit, duck,
lamb, venison) we suggest to use a tough
mussels as a shoulder or legs
1 Onion
1 Celery
1 Carot
Parmigiano Reggiano
Salt and Pepper
30g Tomato paste
30g Gochujang (optional)
Herbs (rosemary, sage and bay leaf) you as
many herbs as you like.
300ml Red Wine

Cook on low heat for 2 hours
