Call for Nominations
The UWI Alumni Association – Anguilla Chapter

Show your support for your alma mater by joining the Executive Committee or nominating a suitable candidate for one of the available positions.

Many people mistakenly believe that alumni relations begin at graduation. However, alumni are cultivated from the moment of acceptance and remain one of the university’s most valuable assets. They are the living history and enduring legacy of The University of the West Indies.

The UWI can recruit, engage, and retain its alumni only through the active involvement and support of the entire university community.

As we issue this official call for nominations, we invite alumni from any of The UWI’s five campuses to nominate qualified candidates for the following Executive Committee positions:

President
Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer
Assistant Secretary
Public Relations and Marketing Officer

Join us in strengthening the bond between The UWI and its alumni, and help shape the future of the UWI Alumni Association – Anguilla Chapter.

As we prepare for the 2026 Virtual Graduation, Semester I & II Graduands are reminded to register via https://www.global.uwi.edu/graduation/ . Appointments for graduation portraits (bust shots) must be scheduled by September 25, 2026. Appointments are open for September 29 & 30, 2026 from 9:00 to 11:30 a.m. or 2:00 to 4:30 p.m. in order to facilitate a timely upload of your portrait.
