Strength training hits different when you don’t have a trainer 😮💨
I had to rely on YouTube and prayer because this gym doesn’t come with staff.
I’m proud though. I showed up, I moved intentionally, and I didn’t quit.
ACV + lemon + ginger shot✅
Gym session✅
Body still in fasting mode✅
I haven’t had solid food since Saturday.. just green juice, protein drinks, and over 100 oz (3L) of lemon infused water.
But I’ve felt fueled, focused, and clear.
Today we reintroduce whole foods. High protein, low noise. I’m nourishing this body with intention.

Learn to sit with a little hunger.
Sometimes we’re just bored or thirsty and not actually hungry.
