This is how I make my children sweetener.
I don’t give sugar or honey for my kids,
I use date to sweeten their pap and it is so nice for them.
The process is so easy and stress free,
Here I used one kilo of date,,
U can store it in your fridge but if u don’t have fridge,it can stay up to 2weeks in an air tight container!!!
