49 years old, true to myself
When I look back, I see successes, mistakes, good decisions, and others not so good. But everything taught me something and helped me get here.
I remain true to the values my father and grandfather instilled in me as a child: keeping my word, hard work, loyalty, respect, and never giving up when things get tough.
I'm also continuing with my career because it's never too late to learn, grow, and set new challenges.
Training is part of that journey. Consistency and discipline help me take care of my health, maintain my independence, and age with dignity.
Ruidoteka Records is also a profound part of my life. It's not just a label: it's the result of years of passion, effort, sacrifice, and love for music. It's my way of championing the underground, upholding the value of physical formats, and leaving a mark on a culture that has always been with me. In a world where everything seems fast-paced and disposable, continuing to release cassettes is a form of resistance, memory, and conviction.
Today is also **World Rock Day**, and I don't think it's a coincidence that I was born on this very date. Rock has been with me through thick and thin, in every project, every struggle, and every time I had to start over.
I didn't always get it right, but I never stopped trying. I learned from my mistakes, enjoyed my successes, and I continue to defend what I love.
Thanks to those who were there, those who are there now, and those who taught me something along the way.
I'm still here, with more experience, more clarity, and the same passion as always.
