Question about the Aunu’u Wharf

Honorable Lemanu P. S. Mauga continuously engages with federal agencies involved in projects related to Aunu’u and other similar projects that require Federal environmental compliance.

Hon. Lemapu could not make the people of Aunu’u wait no longer and tasked a team to move forward with developing a similar concept but ensure no Federal Environmental regulation is violated.

A temporary solution was implemented, avoiding any contact with the sea surface, until the necessary permits are made available.

The Lemanu and La’apui administrations have allocated an investment of $200 million to create a new specialized hospital to expand the medical services available on the island. in underserved areas on the island. The construction of a fully equipped specialized hospital are part of the Lions Park medical and telecom development project.

This facility will provide:
