Fun fact: A few seconds of checking the machine before starting can help catch small problems before they become expensive repairs.

Found the leak, fixed the leak, became a plumber for the day 🔧💦 Underground irrigation repairs hit different when you know one thing: for every meter of elevation, you lose about 0.1 bar of pressure in the system. Physics doesn’t care about your sprinkler schedule. ⛳️😤”

Water pressure drops roughly 0.0981 bar (≈1.4 psi) for every meter you go up — or about 1 psi per 2.31 feet. So if your irrigation line runs uphill even a few meters, that “weak sprinkler head” might just be gravity doing its job, not a bad coupling.
