25 years BUNTER FREDI

A unique special livery for a military aircraft. Unveiled in 2000 at the Airpower show in Zeltweg, 25 years later, the colorful Fredi still flies in his original livery, designed by me. After being sold by the Austrian Armed Forces, this bird of paradise resurfaced in the USA in 2015! A PC-6 with the registration N156PC, registered in North Carolina. And when the aircraft appears at air shows, it still looks exactly as it did when it left our Armed Forces—including the full military registration 3G-EL and the Austrian national emblem. Fredi's current home base is Friedman Memorial Airport in Hailey, Idaho.
