In his new series of works, ‚ALL EYES ON US‘, artist Franz-Josef Baur invites the public to question the act of looking and being looked at. The exhibition features intense portraits and fragmented eye compositions alongside ceramic objects, exploring the tension between closeness and distance, observation and self-observation. The opening event featured a specially composed soundtrack by German musician Alexa Feser, which added to the emotional intensity of the works. Ballet soloist Rebecca Horner’s performance as a living sculpture, as well as images created in collaboration with photographer Hilde van Mas, intensify the interplay of media and open up space for new perspectives.
