7 years ago, when I first moved to Vienna, I never could have imagined a Sunday lovely as this. I've found a sense of belonging and home along with deep friendships, new adventures and moments of beautiful balance of calmness and excitement. The movie really struck a chord, and hearing the actors' and director's thoughts afterward added even more depth to the film.

Cheers to your health and wealth 🥂

I get asked a lot about drinking alcohol on GLP-1, so let me be very direct:
I’m not a doctor. I cannot tell you what your body will do after a night out.
But I can share my own experience.

I do drink occasionally. I go to wine tastings, bars, dinners, parties.
Vienna is amazing lately, so many mocktails and 0% bubbles everywhere.

But when I’m planning a proper tasting night or a fancy bar experience, I usually choose Thursday. I still don’t drink much (around two glasses of wine), but I wake up in a much better state than if I did it on a random Tuesday or Saturday. Because I do my shots on Fridays.

The thing with Mounjaro is that everything moves slower.
So if something is off (the quality of the drink, the quantity, or just my stomach) I can end up in a two-day limbo instead of one unpleasant morning.

And overall… it is a serious medication.
Your body is already adapting, working, balancing, and sometimes stressed.So if you don’t feel like drinking, don’t let anyone push you.
You never really know how different substances and side effects will interact.

On the flip side, I’ve read stories of people who even stopped drinking coffee because it suddenly made them anxious or jittery on injections. Everyone’s system reacts differently.

Many say minimalism in fashion is for boring people. And boring is subjective. In my experience, minimalistic fashion and neutral colors are chosen by people who love routine, Ordnung and control.
In minimalism there are very clear ‘rules’.
It should be comfortable high quality fabric, complimentary cuts, neutral colors or very controlled statement colors that do not conflict with shapes and cuts.
Its definition of ‘just enough to be clear, but not loud’ in fashion styling.

What’s your take about new TV show Love Story about John F. Kennedy Jr. & Carolyn Bessette? And her outfits? There’s no right or wrong answer☺️

Celebrating Friends Love ♥️🫂

Vienna in winter can be gloomy, but the people I love and care about make every February more warm, shiny and giggly. And of course good food - I spend ridiculous amount of money on ramen places - it’s in survival budget - and candles (burn them every night for cosines and pleasant smells).

I especially like the wooden wick candles btw (if you wanted to gift me something), they crackle absolutely magical - like a little fireplace.
