ICE just awarded a contract worth up to $329 million to a charter flight company that will now be using government-owned planes to facilitate mass deportations.
But there's another possible element to the deal: building immigrant detention centers in foreign countries.
The Redoubt previously reported that ICE was looking for a flight contractor that could also help it establish "international staging areas."
