Phil MacDougall has been a friend and mentor to me since 1996, but I'd heard him on the radio years before that. He has been presenting Sunglasses After Dark on PBS for 45 years and we're celebrating his incredible contribution to the Melbourne music scene with a huge party at The Tote on Sunday 26th October.
