🚩 Her Partner 38 year old Younis Qambar has been charged with her Murder under Domestic Violence

It is reported the family had been worried about Tan’s safety before her death.

They reportedly contacted police about three months earlier after noticing injuries on her and becoming concerned about her welfare.

Her Family Have A Active GO FUND ME - that has already received an amazing $89,323.00 to help 3 small children now navigate life without their loving Mother.

🚩 Another Woman Has Had Her Life Stolen From Her By Intimate Partner Domestic Violence

🚩 In This Behind Closed Doors Tragedy It Is Reported

🚫 A Man named, Younis Qambari
assaulted his 28 year old partner days before she was found unresponsive by Paramedics in their home on Wednesday night.

🚫 Police were called to the scene and she was taken to Royal Perth Hospital but was declared deceased.

🚩 Now 38 year old Younis faced court in Perth charged with murdering the 28-year-old woman in what police allege was a case of family and domestic violence.

🚩 He appeared in the Perth Magistrates Court this morning and was remanded in custody.

🚩He is due to face the Stirling Gardens Magistrates Court next month.

🚩Homicide Squad detectives took control of the investigation yesterday, questioning Mr Qambari in custody as police forensics officers gathered evidence at the house.

🚩Police investigate suspected murder-suicide of Australian man and two children in Bali

Indonesian police are investigating a suspected murder-suicide after the bodies of an Australian man and his two children were found in a home in Bali.

🚩 Police found the bodies of 56-year-old Damien John Shaw, along with his six-year-old son and four-year-old daughter, inside their bungalow at Kuta on Sunday morning.

In a statement, Badung Regency police said neighbours checked in on the family after a call from the man's wife, who had recently arrived in Jakarta.

Police said the man's wife called a neighbour after hearing her child cry while she was on the phone to Mr Shaw.

She told the neighbour the call was disconnected and her husband became unreachable.

The neighbour contacted others and then, along with the community head, forced the door to the Kuta bungalow open, discovering the bodies of the children and Mr Shaw.

Badung police said the family had leased the bungalow in Kuta since 2022.

The three bodies were taken to a hospital in Denpasar, where police may conduct autopsies to confirm the cause of death.

A police report was lodged on Sunday, and investigations will continue. Badung police said Mr Shaw was born in Fremantle, in Western Australia.

WA premier describes 'confronting' and 'very sad' case
Western Australian Premier Roger Cook described the news as a "horrific situation".

"We know there is a very confronting situation there," he said.

"This is a very sad situation; our hearts go out to everyone involved. We hope we can get to the bottom of what's gone on as soon as possible."

A spokesperson for the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) said it was providing consular assistance to the family of the three Australians who died in Bali.

"We send our deepest condolences to the family at this difficult time," they said.

The DFAT spokesperson said due to privacy obligations they were "unable to provide further comment".

🚫 SEXUAL ABUSE DOES NOT ALWAYS LOOK VIOLENT 🚫

🚩One of the most DANGEROUS misconceptions about sexual abuse is that we expect it to look OBVIOUS❗️

🚩 We imagine Aggression.

🚩 Physical force.

🚩 A victim fighting back , saying NO!

🚩 A stranger who looks dangerous.

🚫 But Sexual Abuse does not always happen that way 🚫

🚩Some perpetrators use Trust, Manipulation, Authority, Coercion and Gradual Boundary Crossing.

🚩They may test boundaries with behaviour that initially seems ambiguous.

🚩They may exploit a professional position, friendship, relationship or position of trust.

🚩 They may minimise inappropriate behaviour, disguise it as innocent, or make the person experiencing it question whether they have misunderstood what happened.

🚫 And THAT leaves Victims confused 🚫

🚩 Was that deliberate?
🚩 Am I overreacting?
🚩 Did that really just happen?

Sometimes it isn't until later — or after hearing that someone else experienced similar behaviour — that a person begins to understand what happened to them.

This is why we need to stop expecting every survivor to respond in exactly the same way.

🚩Not Everybody Screams.

🚩Not Everybody Fights.

🚩Not Everybody Immediately Reports.

And not everybody immediately understands that a boundary has been violated.

A person's confusion does not automatically mean nothing happened.

Sexual Abuse doesn't have to fit a stereotype to cause harm.

🚫 We Must BELIEVE, SUPPORT AND STAND WITH SURVIVORS 🚫

I AM MORTIFIED.

This evening I put up a post about a man who has been charged with sexual assault offences against multiple women and is now serving a sentence in prison.

Before long, I began receiving private messages and comments from people identifying themselves as this man’s family and friends.

🚩I was told I WAS LYING.

🚩I was accused of CREATING A SMEAR CAMPAIGN AGAINST HIM.

But while those messages were coming in, something else was happening.

More women were seeing the post.

Women were identifying him.

And women were bravely saying:

“ME TOO.”

We raise so much awareness about creating environments where victims feel safe enough to speak up.

We tell victims:

🚩SPEAK UP.

🚩YOU WILL BE HEARD.

🚩YOU WILL BE SUPPORTED.

🚩YOU WILL BE BELIEVED.

But what message do we send when someone finally finds the courage to speak — only to watch other people rush to defend, excuse or protect the person who harmed them?

Supporting someone you love does not require you to silence the people who say they were harmed.

You do not have to publicly attack victims to stand beside your family member or friend.

Because when victims see other victims being called liars, attacked or intimidated for speaking out, they are watching.

And the next victim may decide:

“I WON’T SPEAK.”

Tonight, women found the courage to say:

💜ME TOO💜

They deserved to feel safe doing that.

Tonight, that Code was Broken.

And as an advocate, that absolutely mortifies me.

BELIEVE. SUPPORT. LISTEN.

🚫I have now made the decision to TURN COMMENTS OFF on that post.🚫

Not to silence anybody.

To protect this community and the women who found the courage to speak.

Because tonight, after witnessing what happened, there will be victims in completely unrelated situations reading those comments.

Victims who may already be frightened.

Victims who may already be questioning whether anyone will believe them.

Victims who may have been building up the courage to finally tell someone:

“THIS HAPPENED TO ME TOO.”

And after seeing people publicly attack and discredit women for speaking about their experiences, some of those victims may decide it is safer to remain silent.

🚩THAT IS WRONG.

🚩SO VERY, VERY WRONG.

We cannot tell victims to SPEAK UP and then create an environment where they are frightened of what will happen when they do.

Tonight my responsibility is to protect the people who trusted this community enough to speak.

And that is exactly what I am going to do.
