What a wholesome surprise today! ๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿ‡ฏ๐Ÿ‡ต

We bumped into ๆพๅ‚็Ÿฅๅ“‰ Tomoya Matsukasa, the amazing Japanese traveler whoโ€™s WALKING from Cairns all the way to Melbourne โ€” on foot! ๐Ÿšถโ€โ™‚๏ธโ˜€๏ธ Heโ€™s been on this journey for months, pulling his cart, meeting locals, and experiencing Australia one step at a time.

Matsusaka began his long-distance walk in North Queensland, covering around 40 km a day, pulling a two-wheel cart loaded with his gearโ€”including a tent, spare shoes, and essentials.

His route follows the Bruce Highway, where distances between towns are vast and facilities sparse, increasing the challenge.

We had a lovely quick chat and took a few photos with him in Brisbane, Queensland. His energy is so kind and humble โ€” itโ€™s truly inspiring to meet someone so dedicated to connecting with people and exploring the world the slow, meaningful way.
