Anyone who tells you you can't target belly fat is lying to you.

This is the only type of fat you can target because it is different to the fat stored elsewhere on your body. Subcutaneous fat is stored energy. Visceral fat is inflammatory and harmful.

You reduce visceral fat by lowering insulin: intermittent fasting, resistance training, being "smart" about carbs. But there is also a peptide that has been proven to target it.
