Caretakers, friends, partners, anyone who constantly shows up for others might start feeling emotionally worn down. That’s not selfishness. It’s a signal.

I deeply appreciate the things I see, the music I hear, the food I love.

Even the tiniest moments or shifts in energy they stay with me.

For years, I thought I was just “too much.”

But I’ve learned I’m actually an Emotionally Hypersensitive Person and everything makes more sense now. 🧠💗

The Philippines' mental health quotient (MHQ) has worsened in 2024 to 68.76 from 2023's recorded mental health quotient of 78.44, based on the Mental State of the World report by Sapien Labs, non-profit organization based in Washington DC.
