Here is the recipe to this delicious scones

Flour 4 cups
Sugar 1/4 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Baking powder 1 1/2 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Whisk together, make a hole in the centre, add your cold butter and mix until it’s crumbly.

In a separate bowl
3/4 milk ( cold)
1/2 cup of thickened cream (cold)
2 large eggs (cold) mix well
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Pour into the wet ingredients, gently mix.
Transfer on your work surface and cut using your cookie cutter.
1 egg for egg wash. Bake at 170c for 20 to 25 mins
Allow it to cool slightly, then enjoy 😊
