Leadership isn’t about being the loudest person in the room.
It’s not about winning people over to your side either.
For me, real leadership requires integrity, honest communication and the courage to disagree directly — without diminishing someone else when they’re not there to respond.
You don’t have to agree with me. In fact, I’d rather you didn’t if that’s not genuinely what you think.
But have the conversation with me, not about me.
Can someone really be a good leader without integrity?

Back to your confidence.�Back to your independence.�Back to trusting your own judgement.�Back to the parts of yourself you thought you had lost.
Because sometimes… you never really lost them.
They were simply waiting for you to find your way back. ❤️

Sometimes self-doubt doesn’t begin with one enormous moment.

Sometimes it begins quietly.

A comment here.
A criticism there.
Being told something about yourself often enough that eventually you stop asking whether it’s true.

Looking back, I realised I hadn’t just started doubting myself.

I had started believing someone else’s version of me.

And perhaps the more important question became…

When did I stop believing in myself?
