Legendary news director, news reader, journalist, Olympics reporter, unsigned musician, part-time golfer and exceptionally good friend, Murray Olds, turns 70 today.

Having covered previous Games for 2GB, 2UE and stations around the country, this time around he’s been poached by Nine to be part of their television team.
