Lifestyle Wine Photography 🍷📸

Two things I love are wine and lifestyle photography! What better way than to combine them! 🤗

For this shot I styled the wine bottle with it's tasting notes and some autumn leaves to match the red brick label and then positioned our lifestyle models in the background.

I wanted them out of focus so the focus is still on the wine.

Incorporating people into product photography can be more challenging than you think! 📸🤔

👉 Especially when you're taking the photo and in the photo at the same time 😅

For this image I set up the shot I wanted with my camera on my tripod.
I carefully positioned Nick and I in the frame to the side of the hero wine bottle, but out of focus so the wine really stood out! 🍷✨

We had a few interesting passers by wondering what on earth we were doing "drinking" wine in front of a complex camera and set up!! This included a super cute French bulldog who was VERY interested in our baguette!! 😂🥰

⚡ And we nailed the shot!! ⚡

What you can't see in this shot are the several other bottles of wine and glasses sitting on the ground, 🍷🍷🍾🥂 the small table propped up on a cardboard box to get the wine at the perfect height and the chopping board with left over fruit and cheese that were our props 😅

Wine not have a picnic!! 🍷😜

I just love a good picnic especially when it's complete with a drop of Russell and Suitor Wines new Plums & Roses range! 🥂

Earlier this year I had the pleasure of photographing this BRAND NEW wine label 🤩📸 It was so much fun!! I love how the light is so soft and dreamy ✨
