Magic Beans or The Real Deal?

Okay, I admit it.

The idea of working online sounded like one of those get-rich-quick sca.ms where they sell you a ‘magic bean’ that turns out to be a can of expired tuna.

But, turns out, some of this online work stuff is legit:
Internet Marketing, Fiverr, KDP, Trading, Creating Your Own Products, Etsy... OMG this list is huge! All ways to work from home and earn extra moolah.

I'm going to use it as an escape plan... Build my skills and then ditch the soul sucking 9-5

Who's out there dreaming of the same thing?

Would you like to ditch the commute, choose your hours, earn in your sleep and "work" from anywhere and do it all while sitting in sweatpants. (The sweatpants are optional, but who wouldn’t choose them?!)

I believe this is the future and it's perfect for anyone with kids!

You know what I fantasize about?

FREEDOM. 🦸‍♀️

No, not the kind where I’m running through fields in a flowy dress (let’s be real, the last time I ran was to catch an ice cream truck).

I mean the freedom to NOT have to schedule my bathroom breaks around meetings, waste the best parts of the day stuck inside, have my kids in after school care (that they hate😭), work on my own schedule, make 20K/month and actually have a life.

Imagine working wherever and whenever you want & earning the big bucks!

Wild, right?

Almost as wild as the thought of me in a flowy dress...🤣

Or is it?

I'm on to something that just might solve this problem...

I start training tomorrow & I'm Excited 🤩

Coffee Isn’t Strong Enough!

Dear coffee: I love you, but you’re not enough.

You’re not the solution to this endless cycle of working 40 hours a week just to buy more coffee so I can keep working 40 hours a week.

At this point, you’re just enabling my bad decisions.

Maybe the problem is the system... not you. 😬

We all need more: Do!!ars & Freedom.

We all need less: Stress & 40-60 hour work weeks...

At the age of 50 this quote by Warren Buffet scares me...
"If you don't find a way to make m0ney while you sleep, you will work until the day you die"!

I'm doing all the research & I'm on the campaign to find exactly that!

Why the Hell Do We Work So Hard?

You ever sit down at the end of the day, surrounded by dirty dishes, homework papers, and a laundry pile that looks like it’s auditioning for ‘Mount Everest: The Sequel,’ and wonder—why the hell do we work so hard?

Seriously, what are we doing this for? I mean, hubby's at work till the kids are basically asleep, I’m running around like a headless chicken trying to juggle my job, after-school pick-ups, and figuring out if I even thawed the chicken for dinner (spoiler: I didn’t).

I swear, I didn’t sign up for this life where ‘family dinner’ means my yougest son’s head is nodding into his plate while my oldest son tells me what he's learning from YouTube (spoiler: it’s not math).

We’re all just… surviving. You ever feel like your life’s become a montage of barely getting by?

It’s like we’re all in this endless hamster wheel, except no one told me the ‘reward’ was eating cold leftovers while catching up on emails.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m grateful for the roof over our heads, but at what cost? The kids barely see us and I barely see the inside of my eyelids, and for what?

So we can all wake up and do it again tomorrow like some kind of twisted Groundhog Day?

I mean, is this really what ‘having it all’ looks like?

Because I’m starting to think ‘having it all’ just means having all the stress, all the missed moments, and all the reheated dinners.

There’s gotta be more to life than working ourselves into the ground, right?

Or is this just the grand prize for being an adult—permanent exhaustion and missing out on the little stuff?

WoW - This Hits HARD!

Read that again... "if you don’t find a way to make money while you sleep...You Will work Until You die!

Thanks Mr Buffett...

I was at a friends place helping her pack for a funeral & she told me the saddest story I've ever heard about her Dad...

Her Dad was a company man, worked hard, made the company a lot of money and never took time off!

Sound's firmiliar?

Even when he was diagnosed with "The Big C" he would do his treatment and then go to work the next day and never show his pain or struggle...

He had clocked up enough sick leave, holidays and entitlements to take 2 years off...

So Because he was "able to", (thanks to the bosses incredibly generous allowances - NOT) he decided to retire and take advantage of all his hard work in time owed!

He and his wife bought a beautiful caravan and had planned out the next big adventure "retirement".

Because he was so busy working and he had the "light at the end of the tunnel" mindset, he didn't realise his health was not quite right...

He's attitude was the typical blokey "She'll be right", and he pushed on... kept going to work so he could get to retirement....

Sadly, his health wasn't Right

He never made it to Retirement...

He was 2 weeks short of his retirement & never got to start Living on his own terms!

Now there's just broken dreams & a caravan sitting in the driveway!

Oh and some flowers & a card from his company wishing his wife condolences...

The lesson to this story for me, is that companies don't care about you... they can and do replace you in a heart beat!

This just pushes me harder to stick to my plan, build my online business and keep my build an empire dream alive!

No More unhealthy 9-5, with the unrealistic, not family friendly work schedule of selling my most precious assett (My Time) for $25/hour.

I'm "working" smarter and On My OWN terms!

Don’t wait to start living on you own terms...

This Is Pure Business Genius...

This small tweek was incredibly lucrative, and pure genius for my business...
