Violet Tides Part 3!
Colton and Nora were both stunned that Amethyst had heard of Simlantis. Colton blurted out his next question, what did she know she know of Simlantis. Shocked by his abruptness, Amethyst blinked frantically and stared at them both with a nervous look. She started to explain how her mother had told her stories about a magical underwater city called Simlantis. It's existence kept secret by its aquatic inhabitants. Sims with a tail for legs, she explained.
Colton cut her off. He said softly, "they weren't just fairytales your mother told you, Simlantis and Simlantian's are real" and after seeing her reaction... Nora and Colton exchanged a glance. Amethyst wasn't of the sea like Colton... but with those violet eyes and lavender hair, it was becoming harder to believe she was entirely human either.
Amethyst stood up and walked over to the bookcase, bringing back an old, well loved book. She opened it to a marked page. It had similar pictures that were painted on the cave walls. She carefully gave the book to Colton, and looked at the tattered pages as she said "this has been handed down for generations, its where all the stories my mother told me growing up came from.. some are in a language we could never translate." Colton looked at the pages before him, his eyes lit up. It was the rest of the missing story that had been believed to be erased.. written in his native tongue
