The first five years of a child’s life are extraordinary.
Their brains are developing at a remarkable pace. They’re learning how to communicate, build relationships, manage emotions, understand the world around them and discover who they are.
And educators are there for all of it.
Every conversation. Every story. Every cuddle. Every encouragement. Every moment a child feels safe, seen and capable. It all matters.
Because early childhood educators aren’t just caring for children. They’re helping shape the foundations they’ll carry with them for the rest of their lives.
They support families, help parents and carers participate in work and study, and play a huge part in keeping our communities moving.
They really are part of the backbone of our society.
