I’m running an in person workshop.
It’s all about helping women over 40 to move better and feel better and focus on what’s really important…to get strong.
You will learn:
How to effectively move your body from the ground up.
Many women over 40 end up avoiding certain exercises, for example squats, because of sore knees or how it make them feel. In my experience, most women don’t know how to perform exercises correctly. And when you do know how to do them correctly, you are able to get more out of the exercise and get more confident in the process.
In this workshop you will be learning movement patterns and correct technique, so you are able to move your body to get the most of the exercise, and we will be breaking it right down into doable bite size pieces.
But let’s get one thing straight though…this isn’t a PT session! It’s not running you into the ground till your shirt is dripping in sweat. In fact, you might not even lift a weight!
This is about learning how to move effectively to get a stronger body, so you’ll learn how to do the basics and learn to do them well!
To feel more confident in & out of the gym.
For a lot of women whether they want to lose weight and get fitter and healthier, they end up signing up to the gym and are reluctant to enter the weights room for fear of..
• Not knowing what to do
• People looking at them
• Getting bulky (not a thing by the way)
And so they end up on the cardio equipment or attending a few classes, which can end up being a little deflating when you don’t end up seeing any meaningful results.
This is a big reason why I am doing this. So women can feel more comfortable about what they need to do and how to do it. And it won’t matter if you are in the gym or have your own equipment at home, you will know exactly what you need to do to help you feel more confident.
The main thing here is we want to make the focus on how to move safely and more effectively helping you get stronger for life.
When you know how to move, it will build your confidence so you can achieve more and be more consistent.
Because at the end of the day consistency is key to getting great results.
This won’t be just a one off. I’m hoping to run regular monthly sessions if the interest is there.

1 hour workshop (minimum numbers are required)
