Over the weekend I had the absolute pleasure of capturing BTS for the ICN competitors coached by Estro Physiques’ head coach, Amanda ✹

I ended up with 691 photos and 222 videos, safe to say the girls will have an endless supply of memories to look back on!

It was such an incredible event to be part of, one I definitely won’t forget.

Here’s a little sneak peek at some of the snaps 📾

I’ve been obsessed with Poise Nails for almost a year now — and as a chronic nail biter who loves the look of long nails but hates the nail salon, these have been a total game-changer.

I can’t deal with sitting there for hours, and honestly
the filing part? It hurts my soul.

Poise press-ons are handmade in Melbourne by a certified beauty therapist, and they’ve completely solved the problem for me.

- Non-damaging (even on my bitten nails)
- Reusable and can last up to 4 weeks
- Super quick to apply
- The sizing kit means I always get the perfect fit
- Plus, they ship worldwide

If you’re like me and want the luxe nail look without the time, pain, or damage — I highly recommend. Nothing else compares.

Not me finding out you can get your daily creatine in a gummy and not have to choke down a gritty scoop in water.

Push Gummies = game changer.

No mixing. No weird texture. No “hold your nose and hope for the best.”
Just solid creatine in a gummy that doesn’t taste like gym socks.

I take mine in the car, after training, while answering emails—literally whenever. No shaker needed.

For someone who lifts, creates, and runs on chaos most days—this is one less thing to think about. And honestly? I’m obsessed.

Struggling to come up with fresh content ideas for your UGC portfolio? I get it—creating content that resonates with brands and stands out in a crowded market can feel overwhelming.

When I first started as a UGC creator, I constantly found myself stuck in a content rut. I’d stare at a blank screen, wondering what would actually work. Sound familiar?

Here’s what changed for me: I started planning out my content week by week, and it made all the difference. Once I started following a structured routine—one that balanced fun, tutorials, and personal stories—creating content felt easier and more intentional.

To help you get started, I’ve put together 7 days of content ideas specifically for UGC creators:

Monday: The Best Advice I’ve Ever Been Told – Share a game-changing tip that shaped your journey.

Tuesday: Tutorial/Tips/Hacks – Break down a step-by-step guide on using a product or improving a skill.

Wednesday: UGC Example – Create a testimonial or demo video featuring a brand you genuinely love.

Thursday: A Day in the Life – Show your full content creation process, from brainstorming to posting.

Friday: Fun Challenge or Trend – Jump on a trending sound or challenge while seamlessly incorporating a product.

Saturday: Storytime – Share a personal experience or transformation that connects deeply with your niche.

Sunday: Sunday Routine – Take your audience through your reset, self-care, or prep-for-the-week rituals.

By diversifying your content and making it relatable, you'll quickly find that the pressure to create “perfect” content fades. You’ve got this!

Thought going vego meant a lifetime of bland salads and sad sandwiches? Think again. Youfoodz has seriously raised the bar when it comes to vegetarian meals. And yes—I was shook.

Mushroom Tortellini — rich, savoury, and ridiculously satisfying.
Vegetarian Chilli — spicy, fresh, and actually filling.
Tofu Satay, Creamy Chickpea Curry, Loaded Pumpkin Lasagne, Indian Lentil Dhal — the list goes on.

I thought I’d have to trade flavour for convenience, or live off DIY grain bowls forever. But these? Full of flavour, ready in minutes, and I don’t have to lift a finger (except to tap 'add to cart').

Here’s the real kicker: When your meals are sorted, your brain has actual space for the stuff that matters — like growing your digital product business, mapping out content strategy, or finally filming that UGC video content you’ve been procrastinating on.

You don’t need more “what’s for dinner” stress. You need fuel that fits your pace and your values.

Consider this your sign: You can go vego without going flavourless. You can be busy and eat like a damn queen. And you can create high-converting content without running on fumes.

"If your Apple Watch band is boring, we need to talk. Like urgently."

Ever looked at your wrist and thought, “Ugh, this again?” That same tired strap that’s either itchy, stiff, or just straight-up ruining your vibe?

You’ve got killer taste in activewear, you curate your coffee order like a fine art, and yet
your Apple Watch band looks like it came with the packaging (and should’ve stayed there). 👀

Let me guess — You thought all the “fun” bands were either overpriced, tacky as hell, or gave you weird rashes after a sweaty pilates sesh? Yep. Been there, scratched that.

But here’s where it gets good...

I found Solace Bands after going full detective-mode trying to find a strap that actually felt nice to wear — all day, every day — without costing more than my UberEats total. No joke: these bands don’t budge, don’t itch, don’t snap, and definitely don’t scream “I gave up.” They're comfy enough to wear from morning meetings to midnight doom scrolls. Plus — hello?? — they look like you put thought into your outfit (even if you didn’t 😅).

So whether you're a gym girly, a 9-5 baddie, or a school-run slayer — Solace Bands were literally made to stay on all day, feel damn good, and make sure your watch isn’t the boring bit of your outfit anymore.

💡 Tip: Choose a couple styles that rep your mood board — sporty, glam, chill, whatever — and rotate them like accessories. It’s the lazy way to look polished.

I love two things: great content and real conversations. (Okay fine, and strong iced oat lattes — but that’s another story.)

But lately? The only “content” a lot of us are creating is chronic stress.
We’re juggling deadlines, digital products, DMs, hormones, and an existential crisis or two. And honestly? That nervous system of yours is waving a white flag.

Here’s the real tea: So many women are building businesses, families, side hustles, dreams — and burning out in the process.
Not because they’re lazy. Not because they’re doing it wrong. But because no one taught us how to build resilience in a way that actually works.

That’s where Glowable comes in. Created by clinical naturopath Tegan Marshall, Glowable is a stress relief solution that’s science-backed, TGA approved, and — wait for it — doesn’t make promises it can’t deliver on. No fluff. No nonsense. No seven-step supplement regimes that make your bathroom look like a pharmacy.

Just therapeutic doses, expert formulation, and tools that actually support your entire nervous system . The hero? Adapt — a formula designed to help women go from “one email away from a breakdown” to “calm, clear, and still getting sh*t done.”

But Glowable goes beyond just the bottle. You get access to tools like sleep activations, confidence reprogramming, breathwork, stress journals, and mindset resources — most for under $5 or completely free.

Because wellness shouldn’t be a luxury. It should be a lifestyle.

And let’s be honest — you don’t need another wellness brand shouting vague affirmations.
You need one that understands burnout, balances science with soul, and helps you actually feel like you again.

This one method low-key saved my sanity (and my to-do list). Not being dramatic. Just ADHD things.

Ever sat on the edge of your bed, thinking about doing the thing
only to look up 3 hours later and realise you’ve rearranged your pantry, deep-dived into a random skincare rabbit hole, and done exactly none of the things on your actual list?

Yeah. Same.

Here’s what changed everything for me It’s the Pomodoro Method. But with a twist.

50 minutes on.
10 minutes off.
Repeat.

I set a timer. I give myself a mission for that 50. Could be content creation, writing copy, cleaning the house, replying to emails, or even yard work. Whatever it is, it gets my full focus.

But here’s the kicker: I’m not allowed to keep working during the break.

And that’s where most people go wrong. They push through the break, thinking they’re “on a roll,” and then crash harder later. Nope. Break = no negotiation. That 10 minutes is for scrolling, snacking, staring at a wall—whatever.

And if I don’t finish the task in the 50 minutes? It’s fine. I just move on. Because perfection isn’t the point. Progress is.

Oh — and just so we’re clear — this isn’t coming from someone who’s “TikTok diagnosed.” I’m properly diagnosed with ADHD. This method genuinely helps my brain function without flipping into burnout mode.

For my fellow visual girlies: I chuck on a YouTube timer to help me stay locked in. ’s videos? Life-changing. It’s like body doubling without needing someone in your space. You can use them for study, admin, even content batching.

Does this fix everything? Of course not.
But does it help me feel less scattered, less anxious, and way more productive? 1000% yes.

So if you’re tired of spinning your wheels and feeling like you “should be doing more,” try this. It’s simple, it’s free, and it might just shift everything.

You don’t need more time. You need better boundaries with the time you already have.

If getting changed in public was a sport, I’d have an Olympic gold—and a questionable viral video to prove it.

We’ve all been there: juggling the towel, the awkward shuffle, the “please don’t fly open” prayer to the beach gods. Why is getting dry such a full-body workout? And don’t get me started on soggy towels that turn into sand magnets before you’ve even had your first post-swim snack.

Then I discovered the adult zip-up towel hoodie from Sunreal Days and honestly? It’s giving “main character at the beach” energy.

I wear the Navy Tropics in XL for extra length and maximum cosy factor. It’s made from 100% natural terry towel cotton—so no sticky lining, no weird plasticky feel—just soft, absorbent goodness that actually dries you and doesn’t smell like regret after one swim. And the big front pockets? Perfect for your sunnies and keys (or a sneaky snack—no judgement).

But here’s what really made me fall in love: Sunreal Days is more than just beachwear. They’re proudly supporting Laps for Life, a youth mental health fundraiser that hits close to home. Because what’s the point of feeling good on the outside if we’re not backing something that helps others feel good on the inside too?

So yeah, I’m obsessed—and not just because it lets me go from ocean to ice cream shop without flashing anyone. It’s functional, it’s cute, it’s giving custom branded content dream if you’re into user-generated video content that actually converts.

Dry off. Zip up. Support something bigger.

The ONE Thing Brands Look for in UGC Creators

If you're diving into UGC campaigns, here's the secret to standing out: authenticity.

It’s easy to get caught up in trends, thinking flashy, polished ads are the key to success. But here's the thing: brands want real, relatable content that builds trust with their audience.

I remember when I first started creating UGC. I struggled with finding that balance—trying to make everything perfect. But over time, I realised that the more authentic I was in my content, the more I connected with both brands and followers.

Now, my content feels real, and guess what? It resonates. And that’s exactly what brands want.

So, if you're aiming to land more collaborations, start focusing on creating content that feels natural. It’ll set you apart in a sea of perfectly polished ads.

Let’s be real—your UGC portfolio can either open doors or keep you stuck at square one.

When I first started in UGC, I had all the passion, creativity, and drive
but my portfolio? It wasn’t doing me any favours. I was sitting in Canva, totally overwhelmed, thinking: “Where do I even begin?”

I had the skills, but I didn’t have the structure.

The game-changer? Investing in a professional portfolio template from .

Once I stopped winging it and started curating a brand-ready portfolio, things moved fast. No more hoping for brand deals—just consistent collaborations.

Here’s what made the difference:

✔ Polished layout – Clean, easy-to-navigate, and professional. First impressions matter.

✔ Content variety – Showcase your range—unboxings, product demos, lifestyle clips. Give brands a feel for your versatility.

✔ Your best-performing content – Let results speak for themselves. If something got great engagement, include it.

✔ Mock content that converts – No paid work yet? No problem. Show brands how you could elevate their product.

✔ Clarity – A punchy bio, clear niche, and easy contact info. Make it crystal clear what you offer.

✔ Platform-smart samples – Tailor your content for TikTok, Instagram, eComm. Brands love creators who understand the platforms they care about.

And these extras make a massive difference (thanks ):

✔ Client reviews – A few reviews go a long way in building trust.

✔ Visual identity – Consistent colours, fonts, and style reflect your personal brand and set the tone for your work.

✔ Curated content – Be selective. Lead with your best examples.

Whether you're diving into online side hustles, chasing financial freedom, or building something from home as a stay-at-home mum—your portfolio is everything.
