Let's face it, this mum is not in the mood to cook on Friday nights after a massive week of work ... (who really is?)

Last week, I grabbed a couple of Chicken and Pulled Pork Mexican bowls from Lucy and Mick at Frankly Food Van and just wow.

Fresh, wholesome, fill you up Mexican and not to mention a good veggie fix! The kids loved the Nachos too... Make sure you check them out at the Beechworth Bowling club carpark tonight from 5pm. You wont be dissapointed! 🤤

Story time! This week’s experience, I’m calling it:
"The Lights Are On But Nobody’s Home"

I decided to do a quick Google search for a specific service in my local area 🕵🏼‍♀️. The top organic result seemed to check all the boxes based on the title and description 🌹, so I clicked through to their website.

Oh dear… 🥀 The website was super outdated, clunky, and hard to navigate. No worries though! I’m not the type to bounce after just one click. So, I moved on to their Facebook link to see how active they were 📸. And... their last post? 2023 🕸️🧟.

Instant frustration! I felt bad for this business—so much effort to make it to the top of the list, only to be let down by outdated content. 💸

But I didn’t give up! I went back to the search results and clicked on the next link. Luckily, their website was easy to navigate, and their social feed on the homepage showed their last post was just a month ago. 🏆

Gold stars all around, and they earned my business 💰.

If you want to convert more inquiries, take a moment to check out your potential customers’ journey through your website. Are there broken links? Missing images? Are your social channels updated at least 4 times a year?
