🙏🏻🌹Ritual Awakening, a deeply transformative experience guided by Sarah Elizabeth, Kundalini and Ta***ic Bodyworker.

This intimate ceremony invites you to journey inward, releasing stored trauma and emotion, and awakening the powerful life force within. Numbers are strictly limited 7 women to honour the depth of this work, so be sure to secure your ticket early for this transformative experience. 🔥🌹

We begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony led by Adriana Basile who gently guide you into presence, connection, and receptivity. 🌹🙏🏻

You will then be held in a safe and loving space to experience the profound art of Kundalini Bodywork, Using physical and emotional dearmouring, this somatic practice combines breath, sound, touch, and energy to activate your body’s innate healing intelligence.

What is Kundalini Bodywork?
Kundalini Bodywork is a potent and sacred modality that works with the nervous system, energetic field, and subtle body to awaken Kundalini energy, the life force that lies dormant within each of us. 🪶♥️

Through intentional and intuitive body-based techniques, this practice supports the unraveling of trauma, the release of stored emotion, and the liberation of stagnant energy, making space for deep clarity, empowerment, and embodied pleasure.

We will close the evening with a grounding earthing meditation, followed by a meal, allowing space for integration and a soft return to self.

As Ty mentioned, yoni steaming is a nourishing, sacred practice that invites us to soften, release, and reconnect with the wisdom of our bodies.

Using the gentle power of herbs, steam, and intention, each blend supports different aspects of your feminine health.

✨ Here are four intentional blends we work with, all sourced from the Steamychick Institute:

1. CLEANSING
The cleansing herbal blend is indicated when there is a missing or late period.

2. DISINFECTING
The disinfecting herbal blend is indicated when there is a damp-natured infection present. Those experiencing UTIs, HPV and yeast infections that come with discharge could benefit from this herbal blend.

3. COOLING
Essential blend for those with excess heat or dryness. Those experiencing night sweats, hot flashes & vaginal dryness would benefit from these herbs. Those with blood deficiency could benefit from this blend as well.
Helps moisturize, cool and nourish.

4. HEMOSTATIC

Join us for a nourishing and informative day designed to support women in reconnecting with your sensual self. 🌹

This workshop is an invitation to come home to your body through the lens of education, embodiment, and gentle ritual. 🌹

Together, we will explore the anatomy and physiology of the female pelvis, learn practical tools for pelvic health, and engage in practices that honour the wisdom of water, earth, and the cycles within. 🌹

The day will include guided meditation, sound healing, breathwork, and nurturing rituals such as yoni steaming, devotional foot baths and clay masks, all designed to support your body’s natural rhythm and reconnection. 🌹🌸

This is a space to soften, learn, and remember. A space where your pelvic bowl is recognised as both a foundation of wellbeing and a sacred center of pleasure and power.
