Give me a text via whatsapp if you live overseas and have a question about my books. Also to let you know that book sales have resumed to the United States after a short hiatus due to tarrif changes (Australia Post stopped postage to the US). The first book going to the US after resumption took only 2 weeks and was uncomplicated which was a relief! Happy purchaser also who was a 10 days post-op.

This is a long podcast but lots of good ideas:
Wake up same time each day (very important)and bedtime
Circadian rhythm important
Melatonin- minding it (blue light/screen time reduces it)
Exposure to natural light
Decrease eating times (the window of time where you consume food)
Decrease or eliminate alcohol
Psychological happiness/positivity - taking control of mindset
Exercise regularly
