About NDIS Health Connect.
We know that yes there are plenty of platforms out there that aim to help NDIS participants find the providers they need to support them and their journey through life, but we also know that there are challenges with some of those out there.
From flashy and cumbersome to use platforms, through to those who capture a persons details prior to providing connections with a service provider, some of these can be difficult for a person with a disability to use, or just plain wrong capturing a persons details when there is no need to.
NDIS Health Connect is created to be a simple and easy to use platform, ensuring you can find the service you need, and see all the providers you have in that region that you can connect directly to.
We believe that a person should have all choices and options available to them, and then let them connect and engage.
This leads to better outcomes to ensure a participant can choose the provider they want and for providers, they get put in front of NDIS participants.
