Owner Luiz brings authentic Brazilian barbecue traditions combined with American smokehouse techniques. He specialises in premium wagyu cuts slow-cooked for 14 hours with real smoke and special seasoning.

He goes through 1.2 tons of beef every month – that's equivalent to two whole cows!

Yesterday I saw a post that a local Vietnamese restaurant got broken into. I went to this place when it opened, so I know the owner. It really hit me hard.

Small businesses are already struggling. And then this happens.

I contacted Jono straight away.

He opened his dream restaurant 10 months ago in Logan. One of the hardest-working migrants from Vietnam I’ve ever met. He cooks food and gives it out to homeless people.

He grew up in Southern Vietnam and his dishes are inspired by the food he grew up with.

Even though this whole break-in is really upsetting, he doesn’t blame the person who did it.

This is what good people look like. If you are in the neighbourhood, you can support him by eating his food❤️
