My power bill is monthly charged, my meter reading has been increasing repeatedly for months yet im using less and less each month.......
Try call them and get a smart mouth grub named eric stirring me up, refuses to put a manager on, refuses to be of any actual help [which is his job] and proceeds to be a mouthy grub,

Ring back, get lynn,
Find out the meter hasnt been read since september.

This is just a small portion of my issues with them. But long story short i have physical and digital proof aswell as recorded calls of agl's representative at the time admitting that my account has alot of "errors"

Fix ya s**t n sack your debt collector eric... either way ill be moving on.. and complaining to whoever i can about you lot.
