People overcomplicate content creation like it’s some corporate production.

HONESTLY...the most scroll-stopping content usually happens when you’re being yourself and hitting record.

These are my slightly unhinged rules for creating content that feels real, not rehearsed.

Because the truth is - your audience doesn’t need another polished highlight reel.
They want to feel you - your thought process, your quirks, your truth in motion (yep all the stuff that you think is boring).

That’s the difference between “posting for visibility” and creating for connection.

If your posts aren’t converting, it’s not because the algorithm hates you....so let's move on from that (insert cough), excuse shall we...

It’s likely that your content isn’t aligned with what your business actually needs right now.

Most women I work with are:
1. creating posts in the moment (not with intention)
2. guessing what their audience wants
3. talking about everything except the thing they sell

Your content should move people...from curious → connected → converting.

But it can’t do that if it’s written in a vacuum (meaning you are not thinking about the customer journey).
