I’ve learned that wellness isn’t about perfection or chasing a finish line.�It’s about showing up for yourself, even on the days you don’t feel like it.

Every step has taught me something.�Every setback has made me stronger.�And every small victory reminds me why I started.

🌸 Welcome to my little corner of the internet. 🌸

I’m Dubhe — a medical scientist, wife to my wonderful husband Mark, cat mum to Coco & Midnight, and a dreamer who believes in blooming through every season of life.

I created this space to inspire, elevate, and motivate others to embrace growth, pursue their dreams, and find beauty in both the victories and challenges that shape us.

This vision board represents my “why” — a life filled with purpose, love, growth, adventure, wellness, and gratitude. Every photo here tells a piece of my story: the people I love, the career I’m passionate about, the places that inspire me, and the person I’m continuously becoming. It also reflects one of my greatest joys: creating beautiful memories and exploring the world hand in hand with my husband, Mark.🤍✈️

I don’t have everything figured out, and that’s okay. I’m simply choosing to show up every day, keep learning, keep growing, and trust the journey.
