Some of my deep thoughts about burnout.

So many entrepreneurs have either experienced burnout, or feel like it’s not too far away.

And working too hard and hustling often gets the blame.

Through my own experience, I don’t think this is true.

It’s about working on the wrong thing.

Doing things you don’t want to do.

And ultimately, not being fulfilled in your work (even if it looks successful to others) or living true to what you really want.

This realisation has changed my life, so thought I would share it with you.

The launch freakout has ruined more launches than anything else.

You spend months planning your new offer, put so much into it, then open the doors and are underwhelmed by the results.

The usual reaction at this point is to ghost your own launch. Sounds kinda strange but I’ve seen this happen so many times, and also helped support people through their next launch so they can train their nervous system past this level of discomfort. ��If you’ve experienced this, just know that it’s normal and it’s time to get the support you to make sure it doesn’t happen the second time around.

If you’ve reached the point where you’re at full capacity with your one on one or in-person work, it’s a necessity to turn what you’re doing into some sort of scalable product.

Whether that’s a workshop, online course, membership or group coaching…that’s going to be completely dependent on your goals, your audience and the lifestyle you want. They can all work.

It just has to be something that you can deliver without having to be ON all the time, or even be there at all.
This is when you can truly start to scale your business BEYOND the hours you have in the day.

And that is freaking exciting. It’s worth working on this…your future self will thank you for it.

There truly is no matter feeling than when you make sales on autopilot, because you’ve set up the systems and offer to make it happen.

It’s no secret that the market has changed…and right now it is a buyers market.

Gone are the days of crappy offers, slapped together bonus suites, 142 hours of video training (no thanks), and ridiculous promises that are not achievable.

Today’s buyer is smarter, they know what they want, and unfortunately they’ve been burnt before by a crappy offer (haven’t we all!).

This means in 2026, your offer needs to be better, and that means meeting the 2026 buyer where they’re at. ��Your offer needs to solve a real problem, and the more specific the better. ��It needs to be actionable - forget all the heavy theory, no one wants it. There’s no need for fluff anymore! ��It needs to be created for speed. Think fast track options for the savvier person who doesn’t need all the WHY. Integrated with AI is best - so your students can still learn yet implement 10x faster than ever before.

People are craving support. This is also how you are going to compete in this new world of AI. So make sure you’re building feedback loops into your program. This could be a mixture of group or 1:1 calls, community, meetups, audits, personal reviews or office hours. (And if you’re thinking that’s not scalable, you have options how you structure this and it could also be an optional add-on.) ��Give people options…right now it’s a really good idea to have different tiers so people can choose the level of support they get. The 2026 buyer is self-led, and knows what they need.
