It’s no secret that the market has changed…and right now it is a buyers market.
Gone are the days of crappy offers, slapped together bonus suites, 142 hours of video training (no thanks), and ridiculous promises that are not achievable.
Today’s buyer is smarter, they know what they want, and unfortunately they’ve been burnt before by a crappy offer (haven’t we all!).
This means in 2026, your offer needs to be better, and that means meeting the 2026 buyer where they’re at. ��Your offer needs to solve a real problem, and the more specific the better. ��It needs to be actionable - forget all the heavy theory, no one wants it. There’s no need for fluff anymore! ��It needs to be created for speed. Think fast track options for the savvier person who doesn’t need all the WHY. Integrated with AI is best - so your students can still learn yet implement 10x faster than ever before.
People are craving support. This is also how you are going to compete in this new world of AI. So make sure you’re building feedback loops into your program. This could be a mixture of group or 1:1 calls, community, meetups, audits, personal reviews or office hours. (And if you’re thinking that’s not scalable, you have options how you structure this and it could also be an optional add-on.) ��Give people options…right now it’s a really good idea to have different tiers so people can choose the level of support they get. The 2026 buyer is self-led, and knows what they need.
