Baiting and Triangulation are common manipulation tactics, often discussed in Psychology.

Baiting
Deliberately provoking someone to get an emotional reaction of either anger, defensiveness, guilt, or loss of control, so the player gains power.

Triangulation
Involves a third party to put pressure, or destabilize a relationship or situation. Often played to compare you to someone else, or by using a third party to deliver messages, creating competition, jealousy, or insecurity.

Going to the throne of God is not a ritual, it’s a surrender. It’s walking into His presence with our heavy hearts, trembling worries, and quiet prayers to lay them at his feet.

Because at His throne, burdens become lighter, anxieties lose their power, battles find their victory, and our petitions are held by the one who never fails.

There is no safer place for our deepest cries, tired places and broken places, than in the hands of a faithful God.

So today, go boldly, go honestly, go with expectation, and leave everything at His feet.

For He hears, He sees, He knows, and He answers in His perfect time.

"Who Knows... 2026 could be the Year of the UNFOLDING. Where everything that you have been praying for could come to pass"

Christmas isn’t just about decorations or tradition. It’s about the night God became mankind to rewrite our story.

“Fall On Your Knees”
This is more than a lyric. It’s a posture of the HEART. It’s the moment when your soul becomes overwhelmed by the weight of God’s love. When you realize that the God of the universe stepped into our brokenness, and the only response is reverence, surrender, and awe.

How we choose to raise and discipline our children is usually based on each family's values. Everyone is different and every household is different.

If you choose to raise your children in a different manner other than my post below, then that's ok too. Neither way is the best way, and neither way is perfect.

No one wants to compete, and no one wants to win. This is my own race that I am running, in my very own lane.

As a mum raising three beautiful daughters, I don’t take my role lightly. Motherhood is more than nurturing. It’s shaping, guiding, and preparing them for a world that won’t always be gentle or forgiving. It’s my responsibility to teach them values that will carry them through every season of their lives. Hard work, discipline, self-respect, and the wisdom to carry themselves with confidence and dignity wherever they go.

I instill standards for them. Not to restrict and control them, but to protect them. They were taught to cook, clean and pretty much do basic household duties at a very young age. There are certain clothes that they’re allowed to wear indoors, but are not allowed to wear when we are out in public. And that’s intentional!! I want them to understand that how they present themselves in the public eye matters.

I am very protective of my daughters. I want my daughters to know that their bodies are not for public consumption. Their beauty doesn’t need validation. Their confidence shouldn’t depend on attention. So I teach them what is appropriate, what is respectful, and what keeps them safe.

One day they’ll be women making their own choices, walking their own paths. But for now, I’m building the foundation. I’m teaching them that modesty isn’t weakness BUT wisdom. That discipline isn’t punishment, it’s preparation. And that self-respect begins at home.

Some people won’t get to have a beautiful Christmas this year. Not because they don’t want to, but because life has been heavy on their shoulders in ways many we will never understand.

While we gather around warm tables, sharing laughter, gifts, and comfort, there are people sitting in hospital rooms, grieving an empty chair, fighting silent battles, or simply trying to survive another day.

There are children who won’t wake up to presents. Mothers and fathers who have lost their strength. Families torn apart by distance, pain, or circumstances they never chose.

So as the lights sparkle and the music plays, may our hearts soften.
May we think of those who won’t feel the magic this season. May we pray for them, extend kindness toward them, and remember that Christmas isn’t just about celebration, it’s about compassion.

If your home is filled with love this year, let gratitude be your song.
If your heart is steady, let generosity guide you. Because somewhere out there, someone’s Christmas will be silent, lonely or aching.

The world becomes gentler when we choose to carry them in our thoughts, and show them love in ways we can.
