I blend mindset, health, and heart to lead women through deep transformation one habit at a time. I'm Katrina Gall, a health and wellness coach, nutritionist, and business owner dedicated to helping women break free from the exhaustion cycle and rediscover their energy, purpose, and joy. I work with driven, purpose led women, like you who are ready to step out of survival mode, reconnect with thei

r passions, and create a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside. I believe every woman deserves to thrive, not just survive. As a chef, certified health coach, and mentor with years of hands-on experience running a successful business, managing teams, and overcoming personal health challenges, I bring a grounded, real-world perspective to transformation. I’ve walked through the fires of burnout, chronic illness, and even a cancer diagnosis, and rebuilt my health and vitality from the inside out. I know what it’s like to carry the weight of leadership while your own well-being slips through the cracks. That’s why I help women prioritise their health and energy, so they can restore balance, reclaim clarity, and transform their inner world to finally reflect the success they’ve built on the outside. Momentum Over Motivation:

After four weeks in Africa , climbing mountains, facing setbacks, stepping away from structure, I came home to a hard truth:

✨ Motivation didn’t follow me.

And when the fridge was full again and my lemon water ritual resumed, the spark still wasn’t there.

But here’s what was: momentum.

The kind of momentum that doesn’t need hype.
It’s built on habits.
Stacked day by day.
Done in the quiet.

Motivation is loud, but fleeting.
Momentum? It’s quiet but consistent. And it’s what gets results.

This week marks Week 27 of my 52 Habits in 52 Weeks experiment. And I’m not starting from scratch, I ’m starting from experience.
💧Water’s back.
🥗 Nutrition’s back.
🧠 Focus is sharpening.

I’m not relying on willpower. I’m riding the rhythm of what I’ve built.

I am talking about that moment right after a reset, or a lightbulb moment, the challenge you have been talking about. You’ve cleaned out the pantry, you have started eating better, you’re walking again, going to the gym, feeling fresh and fired up. And then… life gets in the way. The weekend e...

✨ It Was Never About the Summit… ✨
I just got back from climbing Mount Kilimanjaro. Months of training, planning, preparing, only to fall short of the summit by 350 meters.
At first, I felt gutted. Disappointed. Angry at myself, at the circumstances, even at the mountain.
But as the days passed, I realised something…
It was never about the summit.
It was about the laughter on the trail. The breathtaking sunrises. The porters who sang us up the mountain. The moment my husband gave up his own chance to summit to walk back down with me.
This trip reminded me of the very thing my 52 habits journey is teaching me every week: life is not about ticking off goals or reaching some imaginary “top.” It’s about the steps you take. The people you meet. The lessons you learn when plans go sideways.
This week’s blog is raw, real, and straight from my heart. I share the moment I let go of ego, found the magic in the mess, and discovered that the journey really is the destination.

🌿 If you’ve ever fallen short of a goal, this one’s for you.

It Was Never About the Summit I am back. Four weeks away, and this trip has cracked me open in ways I didn’t expect. I thought climbing Mount Kilimanjaro would be about reaching the top, standing at the summit with my arms outstretched like in the movies. That’s what we trained for. Six months o...

✨ Reset. Refocus. Rise. ✨

After 5 weeks, which included an African Safari and climbing Kilimanjaro, soaking up every ounce of the Serengeti, I came home to a very real truth… old habits creep back in faster than I thought possible.

And wow, I felt it. 😅 The dehydration, the sugar cravings, the sluggish digestion, the brain fog… all those little things I thought I’d “fixed” came back with force.

But here’s the thing: its not about falling off track, it’s about getting back up. Stronger. Wiser. And more determined than ever.

This week’s blog is a powerful reminder that it’s never too late to reset. To recommit. To rise. 💪

👉 If you’ve been feeling like you’ve slipped or let things go lately, this one’s for you. I’m sharing what I learned about how quickly our bodies respond to old habits, and why this next chapter of my journey is going to be even more intentional.

🙋‍♀️ Tell me are you ready for a reset?

Well, here I am, back from four weeks on holidays, and what an adventure it was. Trekking up Mount Kilimanjaro, camping under the stars, and exploring the wild beauty of the Serengeti. It was magic. Life changing in ways I am still processing. But here’s the thing as incredible as it was, I cam...

This One’s Big… A New Week, A New Altitude.
This week’s blog hits different.
In just a few hours, I’ll be boarding a plane to Tanzania to climb Mount Kilimanjaro, a journey that’s been 6 months in the making.
And this week’s habit? PRESENCE.
Not the fluffy kind. The grounded, moment by moment, soul soaking kind. Because this climb isn’t just physical it’s emotional, spiritual, symbolic.
Every step is a letting go.
Every breath is a reset.
Every moment is a chance to be fully here.
I’m not just climbing a mountain,I’m leaving behind the stuff I don’t want to carry anymore. The stress. The overthinking. The old energy. This is my line in the sand (or snow).
This blog is short, raw, and powerful. If you’ve been following my journey so far, this is one you’ll want to read. And if you haven’t? There’s no better time to jump in.

This week’s habit is all about presence. A theme that feels deeply personal and aligned with where I am right now, both physically and emotionally. As I write this, I’m hours away from boarding a plane to begin the climb up Mount Kilimanjaro. It’s been six months in the making, six month...

This One Might Shift Something in You 🌿
This week’s blog isn’t about the surface level gratitude you scribble down and forget. It’s about the kind that moves through your bones. The kind that changes how you see your life, your people, and yourself.
After everything I’ve walked through my health, my mum’s journey, and the lessons from 19 habits over 19 weeks, this one hits different.
What if gratitude isn’t just a list… but a way of being?
This blog is raw, real, and a reminder that sometimes the magic is already here… we just forget to notice it.

This weeks Blog : The Stories We Tell Ourselves

If you’ve never thought about what you say to yourself in the first 15 minutes of your morning, or the last 15 before you sleep, this week’s blog is going to open your eyes. 👀

I’ve just come off the back of my “Letting Go” habit (which tested me more than I expected!) and this week I’m diving into the invisible stories that shape our days. The ones we whisper in those quiet moments before the world wakes, or just before our head hits the pillow.

Turns out, these moments are gold. Our brainwaves are shifting, our subconscious is open, and whatever we feed it… becomes our reality.

💭 Are your morning thoughts lifting you or limiting you?
💤 Are your nighttime thoughts helping you rest or keeping you in stress?

This week, I’m choosing intention. I’m rewiring the first and last 15 minutes of my day, and it’s already making a difference.

👉 What story do YOU tell yourself when the world is quiet?

Week 21 – The Power of the Bookends: Letting Go and Starting Fresh Letting go sounded simple when I wrote about it last week. It felt like the right habit to focus on,and it was. But let me tell you… this week it tested me. The universe has a cheeky way of doing that, doesn’t […]

This Week’s Habit: Letting It Go
Not just the big things, but the small, silent frustrations we carry like loose change in our pockets. That comment. That glance. That moment that didn’t go our way.

Last week I dug deep into complaining and judging, and wow, what an eye-opener. This week I’m going one step further. I'm asking:
What am I still holding onto… that’s actually holding me back?

If you've ever struggled to let go of things that shouldn’t bother you, but somehow still do, this one’s for you.

📖 It's honest, it’s raw, and it might just help you breathe a little lighter this week.

Week 19 Let It Go After two of the most transformational weeks so far, calling out my complaining and getting real with myself about judgement. This week I am leaning into something softer but just as powerful: letting go. Letting go of life’s frustrations. The little ones. The big ones. The ones ...

📣 If you haven’t read one of my blogs before… this is the one to start with.

It’s really interesting, and it’s been one of the most powerful weeks so far in my 52-week transformation journey.

Last week’s habit?
No Complaining. 😬
Easier said than done, right? The universe tested me HARD... and what I learnt shocked me.

This post is about catching myself in the act, shifting my perspective, and choosing a different path, one that lifts not just me, but everyone around me.

Now I’m stepping into Week 18 No Judging.
The lessons keep coming. And honestly, they’re changing everything.

👉 If you’ve ever found yourself spiraling in negativity or judging someone before you really know their story, this one’s for you.

I have been working on myself for the past 17 weeks, one habit at a time. Some shifts have been physical, others mental. But this one, this one’s about energy.

Complaining. How often do we do it without even realising?
This week, I’m calling it out. No more casual moaning. No more venting just for the sake of it.

Because I’ve learned: when you raise your awareness, you raise your vibration.

Drink More Water "they" say

Hydration fuels your focus, energy, and health.
Here’s how to level up your intake:

Grab a 1L water bottle

Finish 1L by 8–9 AM

Set two reminders to stay on track

Can you add an extra 500ml or even 1L to your day? Small shifts, big impact.
