To keep things running safely and smoothly, there are a few items that can’t be collected in your FLEXiSKiP. Here's what to leave out ⬇️

❌ Food or Putrescibles
No food waste or anything that can spoil, decay, or rot.

❌ Batteries & Mobile Phones
Includes household and vehicle batteries – keep them out.

❌ Liquids
No paints, oils, solvents, chemicals, poisons or concrete.

❌ Hazardous Materials
Asbestos, insulation, fibro sheets, chemical containers, and tyres are a no-go.

❌ Glass & Mirrors
All glass and mirror types, including from tables or vehicles.

❌ Items Outside the FLEXiSKiP
Anything left beside your skip won’t be collected and could be considered illegal dumping by your local council.

✅ Stick to what’s allowed and help us keep your clean-up safe, legal, and hassle-free!

When your FLEXiSKiP is full, it’s time to schedule a pickup! Here’s how it works:

1️⃣ Submit Your Request: You can submit your pickup request at any time, making it super convenient to manage your waste.

2️⃣ Processing Time: Once your request is in, our team will process it and arrange for collection within 3-5 days. While we strive to be prompt, please note that we can’t guarantee an exact collection day.

3️⃣ Stay Updated: Keep an eye on your email for updates and confirmation regarding your pickup.

🚀 Get Ready to FLEXiSKiP! 🚀

Ready to simplify your cleanup? Here’s how to set up and use your FLEXiSKiP:

1️⃣ Unpack & Prepare: Grab your FLEXiSKiP from its satchel (it's super light!) and lay it out flat, ready to be filled.

2️⃣ Set Up: Hop inside (we know you want to!), lift all four sides, and fold one side out and down over itself.

3️⃣ Ready to Go: Fold out the remaining three sides, pushing out the bottom corners as you go. You'll be a FLEXiSKiP master in no time!

4️⃣ Start Filling: Avoid overfilling! Make sure the handles touch when complete and don’t exceed the internal black line for heavy items. Safety first—overloading could delay service, and we may not collect in bad weather.

5️⃣ Find the Best Spot: Once half-full, raise all sides and place it within four meters of the kerb. Check for obstructions like fences, powerlines, and cars—items left outside may be considered illegal dumping!

6️⃣ Get Collected: When full, scan the QR code on the bag or use the link in your notification emails to select pickup. Your FLEXiSKiP will be collected within 3 business days!
